Dear Trader,

It seems to be a corrupted file.

Could you please perform the following steps to perform a clean installation of cTrader?

  1. Close any running instance of cTrader or cAlgo.
  2. Hold down the Windows key and press R, this will open the Run dialog box. Enter appwiz.cpl to open the Programs and Features component of Windows.
  3. Uninstall the installed cTrader and/or cAlgo instances, then close Programs and Features.
  4. Restart the computer.
  5. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps and press OK.
  6. Delete the 2.0 folder, and close Windows Explorer.
  7. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming and press OK.
  8. Delete all folders which contain cTrader or cAlgo in the name, then close Windows Explorer.
  9. On the Start Menu click on Documents, and rename the cAlgo and cTrader folders.
  10. Restart the computer.
  11. Download and install cTrader and/or cAlgo.

Dear Trader,

The GetSeries Method will return less than 10 000 bars, if the historical data for a specific symbol contains less than 10 000 bars. The GetSeries Method will retrieve around 10 000 bars, if the symbol has historical data with more than 10 000 bars.

Dear Trader,

There is no feature built into cMirror to use to communicate with your Signal Provider, however if they display their email address in the description of their Strategy feel free to contact them.

You have the ability to use ChartObjects in your cBots. Using chart objects in real time should work fine. They are not supported in Backtesting. Could you please send us a video showing your issue at troubleshooting@spotware.com or post a link.
