Hi, P,
I attempted to help the customer on telegram, apparently, they are using the same backtest settings for both the backtest and the optimisation modules, but when they run an optimisation and apply the settings to the cBot and then run a backtest, they say the results differ with the same time period.

What we need is a screen-shot of the results from the optimisation module showing the results and the cBot parameters as well as a screen-shot of the backtest showing the results and the cBot settings.
- Run the optimisation, highlight the pass you want to save the parameters for and click Apply
- Show a screenshot image of the optimisation settings that have been applied together with the start and end date of the test.
- Show a screen-shot of the optimisation backtest settings.
- Show a screenshot of the backtest settings together with the parameter settings that have been applied.
- Show a screenshot of the backtest results with the same date and time.
If the customer can provide the information above it should highlight the problem.

The terminal provides protection in the form of a break-even with extra pips and a trailing stop which trails behind the current price by a number of pips you set. You can apply the protection to a Market or Pending Order. When you create a Market or Pending order you can set the protection before the order is submitted. You can have both Break-even and trailing stop set at the same time.

As the cTrader uses the full power of the .NET framework almost anything is possible, it just depends on your knowledge of software engineering, it is worth noting that Spotware simply provides an API to the platform, you can put very complex core logic into an architecture of satellite .NET assemblies. It is in these assemblies that you can connect to any database Oracle, SQL Server and even SQLite.
"We have an exception Unable to load DLL 'SQLite.Interop.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
Make sure you have added the reference to both your cBot & external assembly projects. You can set the .NET Framework version to anything you want on your .NET assemblies.
Add the Nuget Package to both your cBot project and the satellite .NET assembly.

We have tested it an various machines and it is still working fine, I thought that the latest update may have caused a few problems, but it seems to be working ok, the issue you are getting can happen if you have a custom display setting on high-resolution monitors, we have posted a work-around on our bug reporting forum where you posted this issue. As this is not a Spotware related bug, you did not really need to post this here as our support staff would be happy to help you resolve this.
Sometimes these issues can be related to a single users PC and not everybody, we are usually able to identify the cause through our remote support service. the other issues you are reporting are just down to the configuration settings, the product page below includes an in-depth description of how to use the tool.

Until Spotware adds this feature we offer an economic calendar with an API to talk with your cBots already.
