We provide NDD platforms. There is no price feed intervention. As explained in our previous post, we receive prices from various LPs for demonstration purposes.

Dear Trader,

You could enable the “Show Angle” feature of the trend line settings, which will help you draw horizontal or vertical lines using the trend line. To enable this feature right click on the trend line and select the “Show Angle” field.

1. the cTRADER ID "LOGs-OUT" :

Thank you for reporting it. We will investigate. Any additional information that would help us to reproduce your issue is highly appreciated.

2. My WorkSpace like "Daily Fx" will not LOAD after cTRADER ID has logged out and logged-IN.  cTRADER will start creating auto 'workspace 1, 2, 3 and so on".  this is very annoying.

The Workspace replication was done intentionally. Any changes performed on the Workspace will be saved separately and users have actually the chance to revert back to previous versions of their Workspaces. Deleting a Workspace is very easy and takes less than 10 seconds. But losing, accidentally overwriting a Workspace could be very annoying and it requires a lot of time on the user side trying to rebuild it.

We are not aware of any similar issues. Could you please press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T while you experience this? It will submit troubleshooting information to our support team.

In addition, you should put your username cTID "Jimmy" as a comment in the comment section of the troubleshooting information and send an email confirming that he send the information.

Please send us also an email at troubleshooting@spotware.com with the exact time, Timezone, right after you submit the troubleshooting information.

  • OS version.
  • Browser Version 
  • Submit troubleshooting information by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T in cTrader while having cTID window open. You should write "PaindooTrade" in the comment area of the troubleshooting window and let us know once you have done it.

The reason is that there no historical data for the interval and timeframe you specified to backtest. Could you please try to backtest using historical data from the previous week and let us know if you still experience the same issue?
