Dear Trader,
Please find the answers below
1) With FIX API you will not receive prices directly from LP, the prices will be those that the respective broker provides
2) There will definitely be the improvement in execution time and latency, although you will still be connected to the broker's servers.
3) Yes, you will be able to view the full order book
4) A number of market depth levels will depend on the broker.
Answers to the questions 5-7 you can find in cTrader FIX API specifications https://help.spotware.com/FIX

Mine ctrader platform freeze al the time, it think it is a .net framework issue verion 4.6.1 on windows 10 because it works fine on my other pc using windows 7 version 4.0.3 .net framework. Please spotware can you fix this?
Dear trader, could you please send us more detailed description of your issue to the email feedback@spotware.com. In particular, when you say freeze, do you mean that prices are not being updated, or the whole platform stops to respond? We would also need the detailed characteristics of your PC that has the issue.

Hello DAANIIK,
Spotware is not regulated financial service company, being a technology provider does not require such licensing. Although, keep in mind that all the financial operations are being handled on the broker's side. SO basically cMirror is only a platform that is used fro connecting investors and signal providers and it doesn't deal with the funds directly.

Dear trader,
We have tested FxPro logging in mechanism and it works fine on our side. To see what can be the issue on your side we would require more information. Could you please send us an email to feedback@spotware.com with following data:
1) Which platform do you use (Web or Desktop)?
2) Is it live or demo account that you're trying to connect to?
3) What country are you in?
4) Which proxy are you connected to? (You can check it by clicking on the latency meter in the bottom right corner)

Dear Traders,
We have tried to reproduce the mentioned behavior and were not able to do so. Could you please send the email to feedback@spotware.com (or simply use a feedback box in the cAlgo) to describe the exact behavior and give us more details. In particular, we would need to know the name of your Server provider, the location of the server, the time when the connection usually falls. Also please be advised that on our web-site you can find a list of recommended VPS providers.

Hello Commando1,
If you have Built your project at least once, you should indeed be able to find your source in documents/calgo/sources/. At the same time, to make cAlgo work once again, you should perform a clean reinstall. You can find the instructions on how to do it here http://help.spotware.com/troubleshooting Please follow every step in the section Performing a clean installation of cTrader

Dear Trader,
Please be advised that Range Bars are not available in cAlgo at the moment, although it is in our future plans to start supporting them. Unfortunately, there are no exact estimates on this feature just yet. Meanwhile, you could check the Custom indicators t find what you might need.

Dear Trader,
It happens because the robots are actually installed in your platform: whether it is cAlgo or cTrader. When you close the platform, it automatically closes the robots, since they are the part of it.
