Please be advised that, unfortunately, cAlgo is not compatible with Visual Studio 2015 just yet. Although, you can use it with Visual Studio 2013

Dear Trader, 

It is very difficult to say why this error has occurred. Basically, optimization tries different parameters on the robot. We are not sure what are you using as a target price parameter, but it seems like there is a scenario where you target price value can becomes 0, which cannot be accepted.

Please be advised that there is no way to create the list of Symbol's FIX ID's due to the fact that they can be different for different brokers. We are planning to update the Symbol Information window for the cTrader Web in the nearest future.

Dear Trader,

You should perform clean installation of cTrader. Here is how you do it 

  1. Close any running instance of cTrader or cAlgo.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Hold down the Windows key and press R, this will open the Run dialog box. Enter appwiz.cpl to open the Programs and Features component of Windows.
  4. Uninstall cTrader (also cAlgo if installed).
  5. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps and press OK.
  6. Delete the 2.0 folder, and close Windows Explorer.
  7. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming and press OK.
  8. Delete the following folders; cTrader, %BROKERNAME% cTrader, %BROKERNAME% cAlgo, %BROKERNAME% cTraderUsers, %BROKERNAME% -cTraderCommon then close Windows Explorer.
  9. On the Start Menu click on Documents, and rename the cAlgo and cTrader folders and restart computer.
  10. Restart the computer.
  11. Download and install cTrader (and cAlgo)

Please be advised that you can find FIX symbol ID in the symbol information window. Please be advised that those ID might be different for different brokers. 

To open Symbol Information window, click "i" button in the Symbol Description in the Marke watch section.

Hello DAANIIK, 

Please be advised that there are 4 types of membership in cMirror: Full, Demo, Guest and Isolated. Only full membership allows following paid strategies from the live accounts regardless of the broker. It is brokers' business decision which type of membership they choose.
