It is not clear to me what is the problem. I could not reproduce any issue with the advanced protection button. Can you send us some screenshots on a short video demonstrating what you are experiencing?

You can consider using Timer. For 35=AF, you can check our Rules of Engagement. 584 is just an ID so that you can identify the incoming message. You can use whatever you want. 585 should always be 7.

Hi Henry,

The last troubleshooting information you sent to us indicated that you were using indicators and cBots. Also the RAM usage was not as high as the task manager shows. To troubleshoot further we will need you to send us the cBots and Indicators used. If you do not want to share the publicly, please send them to community@spotware.com

I checked the Equidistant Price Channel and there is no problem in drawing it in any direction. Can you please explain what do you mean by providing exact steps to reproduce? Maybe you meant something else?

Indicator charts are not used only for oscillators but for many other types of indicators as well. And there are many traders that want to keep their indicator configuration across symbols.

Since I do not have any code I can only assume what is happening. In general, you should not program your application in a transactional way. Since FIX API messages are streamed and they might not have a one to one correspondence to the messages sent, you should have a listener function that constantly reads and parses messages received via the stream, no matter how many messages are sent. This way you will receive your messages as soon as they arrive and not when your application decides to read a message from the stream. 

Also you can consider using 35=AF which returns the status of all orders instead of asking for them one by one.

Currently a custom indicator is the only way. It is in our plans to allow displaying multiple indicators in one window. You can vote for the feature here.

At this moment, Indicators print only in the Log tab of the cTrader Automate section. We will enable them to print in the cBot Log as well in one of the future releases.
