It's an issue of sendCompID. Use "demo.<sendCompID>" if you are using demo account.

I don't have a demo account, I've tried with icmarkets.<userNumber> (the same that is shown in ctrader FIX API), live.<userNumber>, demo.<userNumber> and live.icmarkets.<userNumber> and all of them fails.

Yeah, same here, it takes ages to load, even the login screen, is very slow and the save workspace is very buggy.

But right now is even worse, I see the charts but I've no price update.

I've the same problem, and some times when I change the time frame or symbol it takes forever. I had this problem also with the previous version, but with the new one it's a lot more common.

I've the same problem with my iMac(late 2012) with 16Gb, it's very very slow although it doesn't crash. I have a win10 into a virtual box and both runs about the same speed. very very slow.

I have tried to run cTrader web version into Chrome and Safari.
