Dear Trader,

We don't provide users with the ability to add the Stop Loss, Take Profit levels on the History tab and Statements.

We will consider providing it in the future. Stay tuned.

Additionally, you can post your ideas/suggestions to http://vote.spotware.com/

Dear Trader,

A saved  Workspace will include user preferences, such as the timezone. There is no additional setting to apply changes on all Workspaces. Please have a look at the Workspaces section of our support site.

Additionally, you can post your ideas/suggestions to http://vote.spotware.com/

Dear Trader,

If you use the Sample Martingale cBot, without changing the initial source code the backtesting results should be slightly different. However, if you check the code you will notice that only the direction of the opening position is random. It is possible that many backtesting results could be almost identical if you use the same historical data.

Dear Trader,

The cBots are saved locally on the following path: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\cAlgo\Sources\Robots.

When you load several cTrader instances of different Broker the cBots will be loaded from the same path, thus they will be available in every cTrader instance.

1: Are brokers able to access the source of my bots and indicators in any way?

Nobody has access the to the source code of your cBots unless you publish it or you give someone has access to your Computer/that folder. cBots aren't saved in the Workspaces.

2: Upon saving content to the workspace and into the cloud what encryption is in place? Is the saved content in the cloud encrypted?

We use our proprietary encryption algorithms to secure every data saved on our cloud.

3: Is it possible to delete this link and all saved content in your cloud and how to prevent workspace sharing in the future?

Once you delete a Workspace it will be deleted also from the cloud. We don't provide users with the ability to delete their cTraderID. We will consider providing it in the future. Stay tuned.

Dear Spotware,

Info sent.

Dear .ics,

As per the message you received, we kindly ask you to check your internet connection. We would like to inform you that there are several reasons that could interfere with the connection between the cTrader platform and the server. (E.g. virus, another program consumes the entire bandwidth, you antivirus blocks some packages). Please have a look at the troubleshooting section of our support site.

Dear Trader,

When you know the (x,y) end points of a line, it's possible to find the X (time) or Y (price) based on a given y or x.

However, there is no such Method in cAlgo.

Dear Trader,

It seems there is an issue with the Microsoft .NET Framework on your Computer. We recommend you to try to repair .NET framework using the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool.

As said viruses could cause permanent damage to your device. An other solution is to try to repair your Windows.

Dear Trader,

The cBot won't stop if the OnError() method is invoked. The cBot will stop if an unhandled exception occurred.

Please have a look at the ErrorCode, Error section of the API References.

Dear Trader,

There is no such Order in cTrader.

However, we recommend you to create a cBot using our algorithmic trading platform cAlgo or post a job in Development Jobs section.
