You need to specify AccessRights.Full instead of AccessRights.None in the robot attribute

Yes, you can enable IntelliSense for cAlgo.API in VS:

  1. Open task manager
  2. Right click on cAlgo.exe process
  3. Select "Open file location". cAlgo folder will be opened.
  4. Find cAlgo.API.XML file there
  5. Copy it to Documents\cAlgo\API\

Hope that helps.

Express edition of VS doesn't allow extensions. Therefore we cannot integrate cAlgo with VS Express.

Yes, it is safe. cAlgo invokes OnTimer method in the same thread as OnStart, OnTick and other methods. You can use cAlgo.API.Timer without multi-threading issues.

Thanks that will help but just want to know when we will have a function to read the trend lines (chart objects) values?

This feature will be available in the future. We apologize that we cannot provide an ETA at this point.

Position object has EntryTime property. You can close position using ClosePosition method.

Hope that helps. If not, we recommend you to contact one of our Partners or post a job in Development Jobs section.

We know about this issue, but unfortunately we have not found the solution yet. Only few users can reproduce it. We will continue to investigate this issue. For now we can recommend you try to reinstall the operation system. Please let us know if problem persists after that.

You are right, OnBar event will be invoked only if bid changed (in new time period) while OnTick event is invoked on every price change (Bid or Ask).
