Hello,

You can use the "Net" column instead. This will order your positions in the format you describe.

Many thanks.

Hello.

Yes, we usually perform server updates and maintainance almost every weekend. Typically starting from 0700 (UTC). How long the maintainance takes depends from week to week and sometimes can run into Sunday as well.

About cMirror accounts - It is not possible to use cMirror with FxPro accounts, this is a business decission and not a software issue.

Many thanks,

cTrader Team.

Hello.

Thanks for your suggestion. Supporting custom indicators in the web app is just not realistic from many perspectives.

I think the issue that needs to be addressed is the memory leak. Typically how many charts and windows do you have open on the desktop app when you are hit with an issue? Have you ever reported this to us directly so we can collect additional details.

Thanks.

Hello.

Thank you for the interesting question. To tell you a little bit more about our business model.

Spotware host all brokers servers, and Spotware is the only entity which has root access. The broker receives only a GUI application and a Web API which has no additional functionality to the GUI but can be integrated with their deposits and withdrawals portal. The broker can only change settings according to what Spotware allows and nothing whatsoever exists to harm traders, something we take very seriously and an ethos we built our brand around.

All server are connected to real price feeds via FIX API, Spotware also manages those integrations directly with the technology provider who supports them.

It would be impossible for a broker to compromise cServer.

Many thanks,

Spotware Team.

Hello,

Thanks for posting an interesting question that gets asked frequently.

Just because you have a great ping to the cTrader server (1/2ms) that doesn't mean execution time will be the same. This is just your ping to the server. Once your order reaches your brokers cTrader server there are a few milliseconds for processing then the order will be sent to your broker's liquidity provider. If the counter party who has the best price is in New York then an execution time of 100 to 200 ms is more than reasonable.

It depends on many factors. Mostly the location of the bank / liquidity provider the order is routed to.

Also it is worth noting that the execution speed on demo account is emulated, since orders don't really get executed - Demo account only pretends to execute them.

All the best,

cTrader Team

Hello Love9712,

Currently it is not possible to close positions using Hedging account, therfore it is not recommended to use this account type and suggest only Netting. In the near future we will support the ability to close specific orders through FIX API.

When this happens we will post in the forum. To be sure you find out about it we suggest subscribing to our mailing list - http://www.spotware.com/contact-us/subscribe-to-product-updates.

Many thanks,

User names and pass-words are standard security features, without them our products would not comply with international standards and best practices and would prohibit us from signing with prominent financial institutions. If you choose to have your password remebered you should not have to keep entering credentails persistantly.

Hello,

Thanks for the screen shots. It would be useful if you could tell us when this occured and if it is reccuring without that information I would suggest that this has occured during a weekend while we are performing a major system update. This premise is based on the fact that the markets are closed.

Many thanks,

cTrader Team

Hello,

Could you please provide some more details here, your problem is not really clear. A screen-shot and details of symbols, time periods, brokers, live or demo would really help a lot.

Thank you.
