We received the troubleshooting and it seems that there cBots running which might be causing this issue. Please turn of the cBots and try to reproduce this problem again. If you can reproduce the problem without cBots, please resend the troubleshooting information.

Hi Abstract,

cBots are built without source code by default. For the cBots to include the source code, you need to explicitly select the Build with Source Code option.

Hi sharm911,

New to Ctrader and can't figure out how to place a trade by placing my stop loss at the bottom of previous candle and risking 1% of total account. Is there a direct button available to place trades based on percentage of account for risk rather than pips? Anyone know the fastest way to place trade doing this with say 1% risk to 1.5% reward?

There is no one click way to do this. You need to play around with the volume/quantity until you get the desired %

Also don't seem to be able to keep scrolling to the right on the chart so that the current candle is in the middle of the chart.

Just drag the time counter to the left 

Also is there a way to change the appearance of the cursor to a full screen crosshair without having to switch to the crosshair tool?

No there is no such option

I cannot see such gaps on my IC Markets accounts. In any case, price feeds are a responsibility of the broker. You should contact your broker and ask them to check this.

You are really a master on this craft. I know you want us to continue with trial and error but I think there should be a better way to learn this craft. Any recommendation you could give us besides keep reading the examples on github and indicator posted on forum.

Thanks for your comment. This is really basic programming skills and it is beyond our scope of work to teach programming to people. Our role here is to document the API, explain its uses, reply to questions and provide case specific examples as above. We are doing our best to provide all this information but if you still find it hard to locate it, feel free to ask and we will reply. To master this craft yourself, you need to become a good programmer first. And there is a ton of resources there to help you do so.
