I just spoke to Konstantinos Therapis from supportteam@fpmarkets.com and he said they have nothing to do with this, it has to be checked directly with the service provider.
What do you reckon we should do in this case?Clearly something is wrong in either the platform or broker, if a meeting is necessary please let me know.

Hi Guilherme,
Our assessment is that trading is disabled by the broker and it's their responsibility to help you, since you are their client, not ours. If they cannot figure out how to solve the problem, they should contact us directly.

I am not sure what kind of feedback you expect. As firemyst mentioned above, you would need to code such a feature.

There is no API method available at the moment. You can only clear it manually by deleting everything in this folder. Make sure cTrader is closed before you do this
