Yes, I know that it works like that. So because of that margin levels should be the same but last Friday my margin level was around 500% and the margin level of the strategy provider was around 5000%.
And at this point, because of the too large positions, my account has been liquidated. So no balance left because the strategy provider still have enough balance left.
The equity to equity ratio for the opened positions was not correct and therefor my account is liquidated.

Performance fee withdraw not correct
Herewith the requested information:
1. Account number: 1071999
2. Strategy TMHTT Envelopes Strategy
3. High watermark was reached at: 11-11-2019
4. I can't actually see when that was anymore but it was the last fee withdraw.

Because some time ago the high water mark was reached and this time it was not so I should not have to pay any performance fees.

Hello Panagiotis,
Thanks for your explanation. Is it possible to turn that automatic equity to equity adjustment off so that positions will not be closed automatically?

Thanks for your answer.
The strategy provider does not charge any other fees than the 20% performance fee.
I also checked the period and that was exactly 1 month.
I've contacted my broker and they told me that this is a full cTrader issue where they can't help with.

I already did that and they told me nothing was wrong. They only execute the orders 1 on 1 from the cTradercopy system.
