You need to delete your strategy and create a new one with a different name. You have no copiers yet, so this should not be a problem.

Symbols are provided by brokers, not by cTrader. There are a lot of brokers offering commodities on cTrader.

Hi ertul,

When you subscibe to market data, the first message you will receive will be a full refresh followed by incremental refresh messages. The first message needs to be a full refresh message so that you have something to apply the increments on.

Not sure what systems or keyboards do you use but curly brackets on a Windows machine with a US keyboard are typed using Shift + [.

Hi Francesc,

You should be getting  a "Market Closed" message from FIX for each request you send while the market is closed. If this is not the case, please provide us with the following.

  • Account number
  • Broker
  • Proxy
  • Message that did not receive a response, alongside with a timestamp.

So that we can investigate further.

You need to provide some more information when reporting bugs e.g. some screenshots or some steps to reproduce. If the button is greyed out, then probably your cTrader is not connected. Did you try restarting cTrader?

Unfortunately there is no refresh functionality in the API. Also without the indicator source code, it is not easy to think of a solution. The proper solution would be for the developer of the indicator to fix the issue.
