I just started using ctrader web, I encountered a very very annoying issue. The chart sometimes reloads and all my work preparing the chart gets lost. I found several complains on this forum, and support asked for a video to see the issue. Here you go I recorded my screen and waited until the issue occurred.
Please fix this, else I will have to change software. I can't trade with this kind of issue.
You will see in the vide that at first I was confused, it even changed the instrument, I had to go back to the previous instrument and you will see my horizontal line has disappeared.

Thanks for reporting this issue. It should be fixed in the next major upgrade of cTrader Web.
We already have a horizontal line. I am not sure what is the difference with what you propose.

Can you take another look at this request? We want a specific type of horizontal ray/line that starts at the OHLC price of the trader's discretion. Please look at the following example from Tradingview where this feature is currently active.

You can do this with trendlines. I don't see a reason for a separate object
You don't need to whitelist your ip. Make sure the host name and the credentials are correct. If you still experience the issue, please send us your broker, the host name and the timestamp of the login message.

I got the same issue recently. When I would try to use any objects like Trend Line or Fibonacci Fan and etc. it will get out of mouse control when market is ticking but when a symbol stopped or disabled I can draw properly. Using cTrader 4.8.28 on Errante

We are not aware of any problem with price alerts. Please provide us with some screenshots and exact steps to reproduce it.

Sorry I didn't see your message. Here you can see two alerts but no visible lines. Almost all my colleagues have the same error and it has been there for a few months now. Very frustrating to work with. I'm surprised that no one else has reported this error.

Are price alerts enabled in your chart's viewing options?
Deposit and withdrawal methods are a broker's responsibility. You should talk to your broker about this. As far as cTrader is concerned, it supports cryptocurrencies as account currencies.
Please try a clean installation of cTrader and let us know if this resolves your problem

I tried a clean installation but again, I had the same problem,
it only runs in the background i can hear the voice when it connects and i can see it in the taskbar minimized but when i click on it to maximize it , nothing happens
