Hover Comments for Lines and Objects

I'd like to suggest a feature that would significantly improve the trading experience: hover comments for chart lines and objects.

The Feature

When you hover your mouse over any line or object on the chart a small tooltip would appear displaying a comment or note associated with that element.

• Quick Reference: View your notes about why you placed that trendline without having to click through multiple menus
• Trade Rationale: Remember your reasoning behind key levels at a glance
