Make the chart scrolling and dragging smoother.

Right now on desktop, the chart dragging and scrolling feels very clunky and not smooth. This does not occur on mobile, where the chart is smooth when performing any action, like drawing, dragging, or scrolling.

i agree it needs to take a leaf out of tradingview, chart scrolling needs to be EXACTLY like tradingviews as thats perfect and mastered, no point being different as its awkward
