Improve design inconsistencies

Please make an 'OK' button on the position of the 'remove all indicators' button to close the window
and move the orange button to the left.
This is a more consistent design and lowers the chance of accidentally removing all indicators.
(Look at the 'settings' button in the object manager to see why)
