Update Pop Up Not Forced

I appreciate all the updates and work you guys do, but can you please not force updates and provide a more subtle notification so we have a choice of when to shut down and update?

I just had a crash on my laptop and lost a lot of detail only to find out a CTrader update had just been applied.

I also have to re enter activation codes on my VPS, luckily that platform didn't crash.
