FIX API CONNECTION (Logon Error)

Hello,

I am sure about assigned value of TargetSubID but it still gives me;

“58=TargetSubID is assigned with the unexpected value '', expected 'QUOTE'|10=070|”
Error.

I am using python and quickfix library.
