cTrader application downloaded from Broker A , Installation file from Broker B?

Hi guys

This has troubled me for days and i couldnt find any solution for this. As attached, i have download the app from IC Market, however when i wanted to install it shows OctaFX. Anyone please assist from here. Running with Win 10. Windows Up to Date.

Yes, I observe this only occur whenever i switch my wifi into mobile networks.
