cTrader doesn`t install

When I try to run cTrader installation file, it does literally nothing. Did anyone come across with problem like this please? I tries to get exe file from several sites, none worked.

Dear Trader,

Could you please perform the following steps to clear the ClickOnce cache:

  1. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps and press OK.

  2. Delete the 2.0 folder, and close Windows Explorer.

  3. Restart the computer.

  4. Download and install cTrader.

I tried this and it doesn`t help. When I click to open exe file it tries to open in internet explorer adress http://dl.ctrader.com/spotware/xTrader.application and download some small file called xTrader. And that`s it. Nothing more I can do after that.

Dear Trader,

Most probably your antivirus is blocking the application from being downloaded.

Could you please provide us with a video showing your issue? You can share a link of the video here in this Thread or send it to feedback@spotware.com

Ok so apparently I needed latest version of Microsoft NET framework. It`s working now, thanks for support.
