Hi,

I have several issues with cTrader. First of all is lagging, when I want to for example change my SL platfrom isnt responding.
Maybe its because I have open 12 - 15 charts simultaneously as a watchlist for scalping but my laptom isnt weak at all.

Another issue is compatiblity with windows 8.1, I cant install indicators from this web-site. Its not working as on windows 7. Also I found out that platform freeze during events, but main issue is with SLs or TPs, when I move them from the chart platform freeze and isnt responding, than I have to restart platform.

Maybe this lagging is caused by those notifications in the upper right corner when I modificate orders. How can I turn them off?

Dear Trader,

We do provide users the ability to turn off the popup notifications. You need to go to Preferences -> Notifications and select the "off" option.

Could you please provide us with the specifications of your Computer?

In addition do you receive any error messages while trying to install a custom indicator on Windows 8.1?

Specifications:
CPU: intel core i7-2670QM 2.2GHz, turbo mode 3.0 Ghz
RAM: 12 GB
VGA: Geforece GTX 560M
OS: Win 8.1 PRO

Error Message:
This application cant be run on your PC. Correct version of this software consult with developer of curtain software.
