Advanced Sop Loss - Trailing Stop

I am new to ctrader and have been using the advanced stop loss / trailing stops for my strategy - have had 4 times when the price has gone through the trigger level and the trail has not been set - at other times it works fine. Is this typical for ctrader for some reason or am I being unlucky...any  thoughts.
