Advanced protection, take profit

When I use Advanced take profit, every time it gets triggered, it does the take profit twice (so the motion of taking profit occurs twice instead of just once), any idea's why this is happening, and how i can fix it?
this problem has occurred twice already.

Could you please send us your journal log at support@ctrader.com showing the logs around the time the advanced take profit was triggered twice?
