Login error

I have opened a new account and tried to login into cTrader for the first time but it is giving me the following error. 

I have tried following these steps but nothing worked. 

1. Reset my network. 
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the cTrader several times. 
3.  Followed these instructions on how to perform a clean installation of cTrader here:https://help.ctrader.com/ctrader/getting-started/install
4. Reset the password on Ctrader ID. 

Can anyone help, please?
