Login Connection Issue on cTrade

I am experiencing an issue when trying to log in to the cTrader application. Whenever I try to login, I receive an error message "Connection error please check your internet connection or try again." I have already tried several solutions such as checking my internet connection, updating the cTrader application, and verifying my firewall and proxy settings, but the problem persists.
Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? I hope there are other solutions that I can try to fix this problem. Thank you very much for your help.

Dear trader,
Can you please follow the steps below and let us know if they resolve the issue?
1) Close all cTrader instances
2) Remove folder C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Spotware\Settings. Be aware that all local settings will be removed on this step.
3) Restart computer
4) Make sure computer is connected to internet
5) Try to login to cTrader
If problem persists then:
6) Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+T in login window
7) Paste a link to this thread in the description
8) Submit troubleshooting report.
