Overlay indicator {indicator on indicator} problem

I have been having this problem with the last two versions including the new version 4.5.6.

as you can see from the picture the red lines { bollinger bands } only appear at the end of the chart instead of the whole chart. This always happens even after the chart has been refreshed.
