SWITCHING TIMEFRAMES/MARKETS SOMETIMES IS VERY SLOOOW

Ctrader is so sloooow when high volume kicks in, doesn't load charts when switching markets and timeframe, also sometimes the chart just goes in loading mode by itself and I can't see anythig, it does happen so often, even though my connection is good and fast, I trade with IC Markets by the way. C'mon guys, please fix that

same issue

having this same issue during today's CPI release. Was not able to open any trades at all, or even view any charts. MT4 from the same broker feed is working fine so its a ctrader platform issue.

 

Please fix this ASAP
