cTrader stops working without any reason

Good morning, my cTrader stops working by itself, despite the fact that the pc reports no errors in the event manager and I have installed 18gb of ram. Normally the program runs on 4.5gb of ram consumption. The fact that cTrader closes by itself is a problem, as I have few bots running and if they stop I lose money when triggers don't work. I had already sent a report from the program but have not been contacted.

My pc: intel xenon 4 core 3.2GHz, 18gb RAM, WINDOWS 10 home

My cTrader is the 4.3.13

Can you guys please help me? Thank you in advance

Thanks for sending us troubleshooting information. Unfortunately we are not able to reproduce the issue. In order to investigate further, we will need the cBots that were running at the moment this issue happened.
