Indicator disappears upon new update

Indicator disappears upon new update

Dear Support,

The custom indicator that I loaded to cTrader does not show after new version update. It re-appeared when I reinstalled the older version only to see it vanished again after the automatically update. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Panagiotis,

I can assure you that my settings are correct. Zigzag percentage works just fine on the older version. Please see the attached. Can I disable the auto update?
