can't save my workspaces
can't save my workspaces

I've been using ctrader for a month.
Today for some reason I can't save my workspaces.
I'll plot a chart and enter the currency pair into the field to be saved.
But when I push the button nothing happens.
Also when I put channels on my chart and switch to a different time frame.
The channel lines become horizontal lines.
Any suggestions?

I love your platform. Unfortunately I need workspaces.
Without workspaces and the ability to duplicate analysis from a higher timeframe to a smaller timeframe via templates or some other means
just makes my job extremely tough and time consuming.
I'll check back in 6 mths or so.

I tried pretty much everything. I even deleted and reloaded the browser. Deleted history. Still nothing.
I removed all extensions. I doubt settings would be the problem because I was using both Firefox and Google.
I deleted all lines and indicators on all charts. I even deleted some workspaces.
But I went to bed and woke and said to myself, look at the forum and see if they came up with anything.
Well, when I started up the web platform all my charts were default settings. Not my settings.
The platform was doing other funky stuff from what I mentioned. Every new tab I would open had updates on it.
The exposure grid stopped working on all charts. I had to go into each chart and check again. Trendlines would disappear when you switched timeframes
Sometimes the login window would pop up before it never did.
Anyway, I had to reenter workspaces. Normally, I can access them immediately and don't have to sign in.
Then I said what the heck. I drew several channels on the 4 hr timeframe and switched to the 1 hr and 5 min and back to the higher time frames
and my channels stayed the same. Before they would go from diagonal to horizontal.
I tried to save the channel lines on workspaces and it worked.
So I thought maybe technical support found something? So I came to the forum.
But nothing? LOL
Anyway, I will try work with the web platform today and see if it continues to work.
I'll let you know. If it doesn't I'll send whatever info you need. Like I said I love your platform. So I'm hoping for the best.
