Gold and Silver Chart Missing Past Historical Data

Hi Ctrader,

 

I want to learn to trade the gold and silver markets. I am a customer of IC Markets whom uses your software. The problem i have been getting for Gold and Silver is that the past historical data goes no further back then Feb 2013.

I have attached a screenshots for your information. Please HELP!

Dear Trader,

I would suggest to ask your broker for more data. The software does not have any limitations - it's only a matter of decision making.
