tick chart out of sinch

tick chart out of sinch

Hi,

Please see below my blue annotations on the tick chart of the eur/usd.

 

Why is it that the bid/ask lines do not align with the line chart when i scroll up and down/

See below another example.

They look like the go out synch. I hope you see what i mean.

Could you please explain?
