Lag Time - Connectivity - Data Feed

Having issues with my broker's ctrader platform. Lag time up to 3 minutes, candle time count down works sporadically. I am testing this on a live account not demo
Broker assistance is what it is. They resond quickly but no resolve
I did clean reinstall, I tried webtrader, issues are not going away. No algos or any elaborate indicators, just plain simple charts.
My internet connection is superfast and absolute stable. I run other trading platforms like IB, no issues at all. Even Meta4 and 5 are fully functional
 
I tested download from spotware site and all works fine.
 
Leads me to believe it is a broker issue. 
I assume spotware is interested to make sure brokers offering ctrader also offer stable connectivity. 
Really like ctrader and would like to work with this platform but impossible 

under these conditions

Any suggestions/assistance would be appreciated

I am in communication with spotware trying to resolve this issue. Meantime I am posting here again to find out if anybody has experienced similar issues or perhaps has an idea where the problem originates.
I installed ctrader on a brandnew computer yesterday but same issues.  

My technical knowledge is limited, I don't know how the date feed is run and if the broker has any impact/influence on the data feed.

Server change did the trick
