Advanced Protection button - Grayed out

I opened a market order on GBPNZD this morning, and the advance protection button is grayed out and and not functioning properly. Any  idea why and how can I fix this. Thx for your help

Thanks for reporting your issue in the forum. Could you please provide us with a screenshot of what you see and also can you elaborate what do you mean when you say it is not functioning properly? What did you expect it to do and what does it do? This information will help us understand your problem and advise accordingly.
