Good evening ;

i have a demo account on FxPro, and i use Ctrader,
it's simple and very useful, you are doing a great job !

But ... since the last update, there is a lot of bugs, it was soo stressfull,

i uninstalled and reinstall the software, but nothings change :/ 

any advice ?

Hi ,

Thanks you for the replay ,

i have a pc with windows8, i admit that windows 8 bug sometimes when i use some softwares ; (what i mean with bug is a lot of lag when i try to open a file or something else)

i don't know the source of the problem, maybe the last windows update 

by the way, after i unistall Ctrader software, everything is fine now

so to keep trading, i switched to Ctrader web tool but ... i can't sign in and use " price alert "  , is it beacause i have a Demo account ?

Hi xmforex9,

It is good to hear that your problem has been resolved. Redarding price alerts, they are availabe to demo accounts as well. Can you explain a little bit more what do you mean that you cannot sign in? Do you experience a problem during signing in?

i have an account , that's how i can reply here but when i try to login in the platform, nothing happen

Even if I can still trade on the platform (whitout login)

Hi xmforex9,

Thanks for providing additional information. Do you sign in with your cTID or your cTrader Account? Can you please give us the exact steps you are following and what the results are, so we can understand what do you mean when you say that nothing happens e.g. What happens after you fill the credentlans and press login? Do you see your cTID on the top right of the screen? Also, what browser are you using? Could we have some screenshots of what you see?

Dear xmforex9,

Thanks again for your screenshot. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce your problem internally using the same settings as you (browser, broker). Is it possible to delete your browsing data and try again? If the problem persists, could you send us a short video capture so we can see the entire login process? A handy tool for taking short video captures is TinyTake
