cTrader - "cannot start application"

Following the most recent update and re-start of cTrader, I cannot open the programme and now receive the following error message --
"Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor."
Can you help me, please?

Thanks for reporting this issue to us. Can we have a screenshot of your problem so we can investigate further? In the meanwhile, can you please try a clean installation of cTrader to see if this resolves the issue? You can find instructions on how to do this here
