Can't place a limit or stop order

I can't place a limit or stop order on my cTradr Web platform since about the beginning of May 2017. I am on a Mac OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.3. I have no problems with the market order.
Further my format of my platform also changed at that same time. I prefer the older platform version; or perhaps, do I have a bug in my existing plarform?

Thanks for reporting your issue. Unfortunately from your description it is not clear to us what is the problem you are facing. When you say you cannot place a limit or stop order, do you mean that you receive an error when placing the order? If yes, what is the error message you receive? If not, then please explain what the problem is. If you can also send some screenshots as well, it would be very helpful.
Can you please also explain what do you mean when you say that your format has changed? Screenshots would be helpful here as well.
