do you know brokers allowing copy cTrader from European accounts with LOW SPREAD

However, when it comes to European accounts, only a few brokers from that list offer cTrader Copy. 

One of them is Skilling: https://skilling.com/eu/en/
But they have very high spreads, which eat into most of the profit from small trades. 
For example, the spread on XAGUSD at IC Markets is 0.9-1.0, whereas at Skilling it’s 4.6-4.8.

Do you know of any other brokers:

• With lower spreads
• That offer cTrader Copy on European accounts?
