Copy problem

Hi, I have an issue I am a strategy provider, and I had a losing trade which I manage to hedge it but 1 of my clients account did not copy the hedge trade! Hence when I close the trade his account closed in a loss. Please help me as the client is very upset about it 

please help

Hi there, you need to provide us with more information about the problem

We need

  • Strategy name
  • Follower's broker and account number
  • The exact deal that was not copied. Screenshots will help
