unable to start C Algo

Hi, I have been running CAlgo and C Trader for the last year or so on Windows 8.1.

For some reason, unknown to me I suddenly can not get cAlgo to open on my laptop. This started on Sunday.

When The program opens a get the following error message:

Exception #87942066 in cAlgo 1.27.133.34622...

An error has occured. The problem has been submitted tothe cAlgo Team, Please restart cAlgo...

 

Can somebody please help me, I am desperate as I am busy testing a robot.

Dear Trader,

87942066 error code says that cAlgo cannot access "Documents\cAlgo\API\" folder. Please check your file permissions.
