hey folks, i stumbled across the Somnia Gold - Prop Passer bot on the cTrader marketplace. it's priced at $69, which isn't bad if it performs well. they're boasting a monthly ROI of 8.9% and a super low max balance drawdown of 0.79%. those are pretty sweet numbers, but i can't help but wonder if they're reflective of actual trading or just a backtest anomaly. seems to be geared towards prop firm passers with features like daily loss limit and take profit manager. has anyone given this a whirl? curious how it holds up in real-time trading.

haven't bought it myself, but i've seen a few folks on other forums mention trying it out. seems like the low max balance drawdown is pretty appealing, especially when testing prop firm strategies. but, yeah, backtest numbers can be kinda misleading sometimes. i've been burned before with bots that perform amazing in backtests and then just flop in actual trading. also, i’d double-check how it handles news events if you decide to test it—sometimes those prop features aren't enough to keep you safe there.
