Hey folks, just stumbled upon this bot on the cTrader marketplace called OPTI GOLD BTC Multi scalper DEMO. It's tagged as a grid recovery strategy and looks like it's free to try out. The profit factor is 1.56 and the max balance drawdown is just 0.44%. That seems like a pretty low drawdown, especially for a grid system. I'm guessing these numbers might be from backtesting, so I'm curious if anyone's actually tried it out live? Any real-world insights would be super helpful.

haven't used that exact bot, but i've played around with a few grid recovery systems before. they can be solid, but it really comes down to the specific market conditions. the backtest numbers are always promising, but in live trading, things like slippage and unexpected volatility can throw them off. that low drawdown is definitely eye-catching, though. if you've got the time, maybe try it on a demo account for a while just to see how it holds up day-to-day in the current market.
