anyone tried out the vertexgrid indicator?
01 Jul 2026, 14:55
hey folks, came across this new indicator called VertexGrid on the cTrader marketplace. it's free, which caught my eye. looks like it focuses on key levels, but doesn't give much detail beyond that. anyone here given it a spin yet? i'm curious if it actually adds any value or if it's just another one of those countless indicators we scroll past. would love to hear any thoughts or experiences from you all. thanks!

hey, so i've actually tried out the vertexgrid. since it's free, i figured there's no harm in checking it out, right? it does focus on key levels as advertised, but tbh, i haven't noticed it doing anything groundbreaking. it’s pretty simple and doesn't clutter the chart too much, which is a plus, but you might still need to use it in conjunction with other indicators to get a fuller picture. maybe worth a try if you're experimenting with different setups. hope that helps!

thanks for the feedback! i was kind of expecting it wouldn’t be a game-changer, but good to know it won't mess up my charts with unnecessary clutter. i've been playing around with different combinations of indicators, so maybe i'll throw it in the mix and see if it complements anything i'm already using. did you find using it alongside any specific indicators particularly useful? appreciate your input!

hey, i downloaded vertexgrid a few days ago just to see what the fuss was about. for a free indicator, it's surprisingly decent. it does a pretty good job of marking out key levels on the chart, which can be useful if you're into that kind of analysis. i've been using it alongside my usual strategies, and it hasn't messed anything up so far. it's not a groundbreaking tool, but for zero cost, it's worth a look. if you've already got a system that's working for you, it might not be necessary, but it doesn't hurt to try it out. i've seen worse freebies, honestly.
