Why is data from the same Broker different?

Why is data from the same broker different?  in some cases you can't even count on the candle to be bullish or bearish.

Hi lec0456,

It seems that you are running cAlgo on two different machines. The most possible reason is that they have different data cached. Please try the following and let us know if it resolves the issue

  1. Close cAlgo/cTrader application
  2. Open the folder: C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming
  3. Find your cTrader and cAlgo folders (should be roboforex cTrader and roboforex cAlgo)
  4. Open the folder "Cache"
  5. Delete ALL the files in the Cache folder.
  6. Restart the application.
