cmam does not connect

cmam does not connect

I have my api activated, but when I try to enter cmam, it never finishes connecting and shows me the following screen. From this screen it does not go any further. (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and the problem remains the same).
Could you please support me so the issue gets fixed? Thank you in advance.
