How to use MACD Crossover Close Position when profit+

I have want to code this please see picture as below.

In MACD CrossOver when macd cross signal above open position buy and cross below open position sell every time.
I don't want Take Profit and Stop loss of Position , I want to close position when profit + 
example please see picture I have 5 position 
1 and 3 as position sell and close position 1,3 when macd cross signal below and open position sell 5
If position profit -  position will not close
