Crazy, Wrong order open price, why???

Crazy, Wrong order open price, why???

Hi guys, 

I test my EA via Backtesting. it make order at 15:32  04/06/2015. open price is 1.12937, but the high price is 1.12598 at 15:32, why the open price is 1.12937,  same problem happended many times.  I can not understand, why?? anyone can help me?

Dear Trader,

As said through our support channel.

As you most probably already know buy positions open on ask prices and close on bid prices. The bars on chart are drawn based on the bid prices. That's why the position entry price is above the high price of the bar.

We kindly ask you to contact your Broker regarding any price,price feed queries you may have.

ok, pls check another picture, sell order, open price and close price all out of the bar.

Dear Trader,

As also said through our support channel, we tried to reproduce your issue without success. 

We kindly you please clear your cache and Backtesting cache, make sure that you have set the Backtesting data to tick data mode which is accurate and try again.

The cache and backtesting cache are located in:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\%BROKER%-cAlgo\Cache

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\%BROKER%-cAlgo\BacktestingCache

In addition, we would like to ask you to contact your Broker regarding any execution questions, you may have.
