Modify an order placed manually before it sent for execution

I think I already know the answer but is it possible to create a cBot or indicator that would modify a manually placed trade before it is sent to the trade server for execution ? 

I come from programming for MT4 so an EA running on one chart could affect all trades placed. Does this work the same in cTrader

No, it is not possible. However your cBot can modify positions created manually.
